PACT Talks discusses Industrial Property and the SME Fund 2024 in partnership with INVENTA

PACT Talks are back and the first session of this year was held last Monday, March 25th, in partnership with INVENTA to discuss essential topics related to Industrial Property (IP) rights and the SME Fund 2024.
The Official Industrial Property Agent, European Trademark and Design Representative and Arbitrator at Arbitrare, Luís Caixinhas, was the speaker at the session that took place at the PACT facilities.
“This PACT Talk was fundamental to disseminate the theme of IP and the SME Fund 2024, and I sincerely hope that it will contribute to the increase in the number of patent applications, trademark registrations and design or model registrations in Alentejo. I was very pleased to see that the audience that attended actively participated with extremely pertinent questions about trademarks, patents and designs, which certainly helped to publicize the theme of IP”, said Caixinhas, concluding with a thanks: “I cannot fail to thank PACT for this opportunity and reiterate my full availability to return whenever necessary, to discuss any IP-related matter.”
In October 2023, INVENTA became PACT’s main partner in the field of Intellectual Property, making official the company’s integration into PACT’s Intellectual Property Office, which will soon be accessible to its entire ecosystem.
With this agreement, PACT strengthens its capacity to support the regional business ecosystem, in the areas of entrepreneurship, research and innovation, promoting a more innovative and technological Alentejo.
